Analysis of the application of the evaluation system for the Final Degree Project of the Degree in Optics and Optometry in the Degree of Nursing. A pilot study

Resumen
La integración de la asignatura Trabajo Fin de Grado en el Plan de Estudios del Título de Grado en Enfermería de la Universidad de Valladolid, ha generado diversos cambios en la organización y distribución de la docencia universitaria. Se exige a los docentes y tutores conocimientos actualizados sobre la tutela de dicho trabajo. Esto ha generado una demanda en la formación específica para este colectivo. Por ello, se plantea analizar la implantación de un sistema de evaluación de la asignatura del Trabajo Fin de Grado similar al empleado en el Grado de Óptica y Optometría de la Universidad de Valladolid dentro del Grado de Enfermería, realizando un estudio piloto que permita comprobar si este sistema mejora la eficiencia en el proceso de evaluación. Para llevarlo a cabo se invitará a profesores del Grado de Enfermería a evaluar Trabajo Fin de Grado mediante el sistema habitual del grado y la nueva adaptación que se desarrollará mediante este proyecto de innovación docente tomando como referencia el utilizado en el Grado de Óptica y Optometría. Así mismo, se evaluarán las diferencias entre las calificaciones obtenidas por ambos sistemas y las causas de las mismas, y se realizará una encuesta de satisfacción online para recoger la opinión del profesorado participante con el nuevo método de evaluación.

Abstract
The integration of the subject Final Degree Project in the Nursing Degree Program from the University of Valladolid, has generated several changes in the organization and distribution of university teaching. Professors and tutors are required to have up-to-date knowledge about the protection of said work. This has generated a demand in the specific training for this group. For this reason, it is proposed to analyze the implementation of a system for evaluating the subject of the Final Degree Project similar to that used in the Degree of Optics and Optometry of the University of Valladolid within the Degree of Nursing, conducting a pilot study to check whether this system improves efficiency in the evaluation process. To carry it out, professors from the Nursing Degree will be invited to evaluate the Final Degree Project through the usual system of the degree and the new adaptation that will be developed through this teaching innovation project, taking as reference the one used in the Degree of Optics and Optometry. Likewise, the differences between the marks obtained by both systems and the causes of the same will be evaluated, and a survey of online satisfaction will be carried out to collect the opinion of the participating teachers with the new evaluation method.
