General Format Guidelines
- Languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French.
- File Format: .doc or .docx (Microsoft Word).
- Page Layout: Vertical orientation; Margins: 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides.
- Typography: Arial or Times New Roman.
- Line Spacing: Single (1.0).
- Font Sizes:
- Title: 14pt Bold.
- Author Details & Body Text: 12pt.
- Main Headings: 12pt Bold.
- Subheadings: 12pt Italics.
- Long Quotations (>40 words): Arial, 10pt (indented).
- Citations & References: Strictly APA Style (7th Edition).
- Images: Minimum resolution 96dpi. Authors must hold copyright or have explicit permission for third-party images.
- Short Biography: Between 100 and 150 words per author.
Publication Ethics & Integrity
Adaya Press is committed to the highest standards of integrity, following the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All participants must adhere to the following:
1. Authorship & AI Usage
Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited.
Artificial Intelligence: AI tools (LLMs) cannot be listed as authors. Their use must be disclosed in the Acknowledgments or Methodology section. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
2. Disclosure & Transparency
Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or professional interests. If none exist, include: “The authors declare no competing interests.”
Funding: Identify all financial support. If none, state: “This research was conducted without external funding.”
3. Ethical Oversight
Research involving humans must comply with international standards (e.g., Declaration of Helsinki). Data Integrity: Fabricating or falsifying data is a severe breach of conduct.
4. Editorial Conduct
Editors and reviewers evaluate submissions based on academic merit, ensuring absolute confidentiality and neutrality.
