The global educational landscape is undergoing a paradigm shift, driven by rapid technological disruption and evolving economic demands. Consequently, as traditional learning models face scrutiny regarding their efficiency and market relevance, the need for data-driven, interdisciplinary insights has never been more critical. Educational Economics: Interdisciplinary Approaches to Business and Learning aims to bridge the gap between economic theory and pedagogical practice. In addition to exploring financial frameworks, the book examines how behavioral economics and organizational learning can optimize outcomes in both academic and corporate environments. To this end, we invite original research—including robust theoretical frameworks, rigorous empirical studies, and innovative case studies—that offer scalable solutions for the challenges of the 21st-century workforce.
