We actively welcome formal expressions of interest from dedicated researchers, university professors, and academic institutions to join our expanding global scientific community across three specialized tracks:
1. Book Series & Edited Volumes Proposals
We welcome proposals from qualified scholars to act as Guest Editors for specialized Edited Volumes or to establish new Book Series within contemporary areas of research, including our designated tracks in Artificial Intelligence & Innovation.
- Editorial Scope: Guest Editors define the thematic scope, gather chapter submissions from international contributors, and coordinate the preliminary scientific review.
- Publishing Infrastructure: Adaya Press provides comprehensive editorial management, assignment of DOIs, preservation of metadata, and open-access dissemination under our academic seal.
2. Peer Review Board Appointments
To maintain the highest scientific rigor across our standalone volumes and edited books, we consistently evaluate applications from international specialists to join our permanent external review database.
- Evaluation Process: Appointed reviewers perform independent, double-blind peer reviews based on predefined scientific quality and methodological criteria.
- Certification: Adaya Press issues formal Peer Review Certificates for all completed evaluations to support the professional and institutional accreditation of our board members.
3. Conference Scientific Committees & Panels
Adaya Press provides editorial and structural support to prominent international conferences and symposia. We actively maintain a registry of qualified scholars to join their Scientific Committees and specialized evaluation panels.
- Scientific Governance: Appointed committee members collaborate in establishing the thematic tracks of the conferences, verifying the academic standard of the event, and steering the focus of contemporary sessions.
- Peer Review Oversight: Committee members and panelists oversee the double-blind peer review framework for abstract and full-paper submissions, ensuring that only high-quality, original research is accepted for presentation and subsequent proceedings publication.
- Indexing Transparency Statement: Adaya Press systematically submits all eligible conference proceedings and edited volumes resulting from these events to top indexing databases, including DIALNET and the Web of Science. Final indexing approval depends exclusively on the independent evaluation criteria of the respective external platforms.

Scholars and institutional representatives interested in establishing a collaboration are invited to contact the editorial board directly at editor[at]adayapress.com. Please provide the following information:
- An updated Academic CV (or a link to a verified ORCID / Google Scholar profile).
- A brief statement specifying the intended track of collaboration (Guest Editing, Peer Review Board, or Conference Scientific Committee).
The editorial board evaluates all submitted profiles strictly on academic and scientific merit. Qualified applicants will be registered in our editorial database, and our team will contact them when a vacancy or initiative aligns with their research background.
